Search Results: nervous to touch him

I met this girl about 1month/2months ago at a club where we have conferences. This club takes place once every week. Here are some of the positive signs I saw between us. They are not all here :

- We looked at each other in the eyes, without talking, for a pretty long time. It happened twice.
- It seems she sometimes try to touch me.
- She often try to sit next to me : sometimes the seat right next to me, sometimes next to a friend we have in common
- When I sit next to her at this club, she seems nervous : she touches her hairs, she fidgets with her rings, she caresses her thighs, she looks at me in the eyes when we talk
- Once, one evening, I proposed her to hang out with me, and with this friend we have in common at this club, she answered she would like to, but she wasn't available this day. She made herself available for another day (she rescheduled a train for that) and we could have a dinner at restaurant. During this dinner, she nearly asked questions only at me, not at this friend we have in common.
- She answers instantly when I text her (2 minutes max, but often less than 1)
- A bit flirty in texts : she often starts her texts with "ahah" and often ends them with smileys
- Long conversations in text : we had 3 conversations of about 1h each, among short other ones.
- I feel it's me who has to decide when to stop the conversation, otherwise it could continue endless it seems.

But on the other hand here are the negative signs :
- She never texted me first (for now)
- When we chat on text she will never relaunch conversation. Even if the conversations seems endless, it is always me who have to ask questions. But each time I relaunch she answers, endlessly.
- Sometimes it feels the same IRL : we stay next to each other without knowing what to talk about.

----> So do I have to put these negative signs on account of shyness? or is she just not interested?
