Down, nobody is going to use my phone but me. Is this normal behavior or are they hiding something?

Came home and noticed things were pulled out from underneath my bed... she said she was looking for dishes and trash to throw out... im so angry because my room is my personal space and considering im paying for this room I think its an acceptable agreement that nobody goes in without consent... now to add to this story I have started a new job which is cash in hand and I have been keeping my money in a box under the bed. Luckily enough I moved it to another spot before she started snooping... how do I deal with this?

I'll start with details. I've been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years now. We've gotten into arguments and even broke up once before because I was snooping on his snapchat. Before you paint me as an insecure stupid bitch, LISTEN TO MY REASONING.
We hung out and when he was showing me something on his phone, he got a message from someone. I only got a glance because he took it right away, but I for sure saw a girls name. M*****Marshall. (using fake names cus this is anonymous lol) I ask who it is and he says nobody. I start pouting and ask (and I guessed her name, wrong) "WHO IS MELISSA AND WHY ARE YOU BEING SO SHADY?" (He doesn't correct the name by the way). He says "okay, its just some girl from school asking about an assignment". When I got home you know DAMN WELL IM TRYNA FIND THIS GIRL. I type in "Me" in his friends list on facebook and find her. (remember, totally fake name) "Melissa Marshall". I check her page and find he's liking this chicks profile pics left and right. I check his followers and type "melissa" I FIND THE SAME GIRL AND HIM LIKING ALL HER SELFIES AND BIKINI PICTURES. I confront him asking why he lied, and he says because he thought i'd overreact. Over time I find out he plans to have classes with this girl every semester, they go out, and that she's apparently the only other female "close friend" he has besides me, BUT I'VE NEVER HEARD OF HER EVEN ONCE? I know if he has female friend he WANTS me to know about them and encourages me to hang with them. He keeps this one so secretive. I confronted him and he said that he'd stop taking classes with her and liking her pics so often if it made me uncomfortable. He promises.
I check his snap tonight and guess what the fuck I find? HE TALKS TO HER MORE THAN ME, REPLIES RIGHT AWAY, AND PLANS CLASSES WITH HER AGAIN.

I guess i'm asking, do I have a right to be angry? and should I confront him even though I went through his snapchat? SHOULD I CONFRONT HER?

I know it's crazy but I feel jealous when it comes to exes so I usually snoop on their FB page or social media. I see if they update and look through their pictures.. I also look through family members to see if they have been tagged in photos parents, and siblings.. i end up going through friends and family members and then i end up going deeper into the web. This is something I do by myself.. I feel like most people do this though.. Does anyone else?
