been talking to this guy for almost three months, we have a lot in common we agree on things, he said he sees us as friends but things he has said made me think otherwise. We were suppose to meet this week but said he had a "presentation he needed to work on he was just inform of" then I was upfront with him and he said his life is pretty busy recently and the distance was part of the reason and if I was closer it would of been easier (something like that) he said it has nothing to do with who you are as a person you're a cool person and he said if we haven't met yet we can still be friends and if it doesn't go further we can still be friends. I've mentioned talking on the phone and he said he's down to talk on the phone whenever I like.(something like that)

I mentioned the other day for last night and he said if we could do it during the day I said I'll see if I can try to make it earlier because I had errands to do. Then I said later in the afternoon and he said he has to do (reasoning) he will let me know. Then I said let's snap videos and I sent a couple and he never did said his phone was dying. He has sent shirtless pics in the gym, after shower selfie etc. he said he was nervous around girls but can he be that nervous or just doesn't care?

i gave him a chance to tell me if he's not interested anymore or nervous.
we were suppose to meet earlier instead of the original day and kept putting off the answer, we end up just sticking with the original day, said he was busy this weekend and wasn't sure. He was tired and busy and couldn't think straight.
Last week I've noticed he has been distance, he usually snaps random things or comment on my story and hasn't been doing that (finals week)
he's been on the app frequently almost every hour or every other hour.

Hi all,

Last week I got a verbal offer of employment. The company did come through in regards to background checks and referral checks as promised within the promised time frame.

Is it normal for a written offer to come through one week after the verbal offer?

I feel like they're stringing me along and I am really nervous.
