Search Results: how long to wait before asking out

we've just started seeing each other after months and months of not talking because before we both wanted different things. every time we've spent time together (3 times) so far have been great. very romantic, fun, great conversation, always making each other laugh, etc. the second time we hung out I decided it was ok for us to have sex, as the two of us having sex together is nothing new. the 3rd time I stayed over at his place after he bought me dinner. in the morning I guess I decided to just ask him when his plans were for the weekend before I left and he said he was really busy, so I just told him to call me and said my good byes and he gave me a big hug and kiss. he has told me he likes me and had been really happy that I've agreed to hang out again. however, it's been a week and I haven't heard from him. this isn't exactly out of the normal for him, we've had conversations before where I remember asking well I would really worry if you waited like two weeks to call and and he said no I'd never do that. but I still feel anxious, just because we just started seeing each other again (he's the one who initiated it too). I'm just wondering how into this it sounds like he is relationship wise? he doesn't have much real relationship experience since his only one was long term and long distance, but I don't want to sound needy by calling him up letting him know I need more time. I was to appear independent, with my own life, not needing him but wanting him in it none the less. how should I go about this? the last time we hung out he was very very happy to hear from me, but I don't want to be the one initiating it again. what should I do, why is he acting like this?

I posted last week about how I can't live with my husband's horribly trained dog any more. it's been 3 years and my husband has done nothing to improve the dog's behavior. I'm 7 months pregnant and I finally asked him to take the dog to live with his mother (an arrangement she has said she'd be fine with). he took the dog but ignored me all weekend and slammed a door in my face when I tried to talk to him. I am staying with a friend, but my husband has not contacted me at all. How long do I wait this out? He clearly resents me for making the dog go, but it had been three years of asking for change and seeing none, so I resent him too. I had a doctor's appointment this afternoon (which I always intended to go to alone,) but he hasn't even contacted me to ask how it went (everything is fine). I need to go home and grab more clothes but I'm not sure what to do now. Do i stay away and give him time? Do I move back into our home?
just a recap: the dog has knocked me over twice, he jumps, he claws, he snaps at your face, he begs, etc. and my husband rewards this behavior instead of correcting it. I'm "mean" and the bad guy for trying to train him. His dog came before me, but I don't want an untrained rambunctius dog around our baby. He's scratched me pretty badly and I don't want him to scratch the baby or knock him out of my arms or something. he also likes to snap at things below him (like if he's standing and you're lying on the ground, he will snap at your face). I tried to teach basic obenience for 3 years to no avail. it was all undone by my husband.

I texted with a guy for two weeks consistently. Very much into eachother through conversation. We met after two weeks for drinks, we talked and laughed all night-conversation was great. After 4 hours, he said we should probably get going before I drink too much and can't drive home. He walked me to my car, gave me a hug and said we should do it again. I told him to let me know when he got home. He text and said I'm home, I had a great time, thanks so much for meeting up with me and then went back and forth joking about something we laughed about in the night and told me again he had a great time and that wanted to stay but didn't want to drink too much. Soooo, I said we should do it again and he agreed. Never heard from him the day after the date (odd, considering we text alot) So I text him Sunday, and he chatted back as normal asking how my day was and how I am. Is he playing cool? Does he seem interested and I am just over thinking?
