My best guy friend and I are both taken but he knows I like him as more than just friends. We talk about everything, including our sex lives and fights we have with our bf and gf. We've had the talk where he firmly friendzoned me and I said he needs to stop flirting with me.

I've been trying to be more like a sister/platonic friend since then but he keeps being flirty with me, then acting like he's kidding around. Yesterday he started doing little tracing touches on my arm, which he used to do a lot before our talk. He was listening to my relationship problems and was basically laying his head on me while I was saying how mean my bf is to me. At a party after school, he was dancing with me and slamming his ass into me hard while doing the bump. He apologized for accidentally touching my boob then later gives me this seductive smile like, hey baby, and says our code word for when we're kidding. We fight a lot because we take each other's jokes seriously, so we have a code word to avoid more fights.

Why does he keep giving me sexy looks and touching me if he just wants to be friends? He knows I'm down if he ever changes his mind so he doesn't need to test me. Maybe he's just being a tease. His reason for not wanting to cheat with me was not that he didn't want to, he just didn't want to be a cheater or get caught. Is he keeping me on the hook in case he changes his mind? I know he's attracted to me and he's said he has feelings for me too. We fight like cats and dogs, so there are some intense feelings in there of some kind.

So I have this guy friend, we used to be a couple like four years ago but I ended it an then we didn't talk for like a year, afterwards we met up again and decided to be friends. We became pretty good friends (in a platonic sense) and this year i moved to his school. We hang out everyday since we have the same group of friends. Thing is that he has gf, she goes to another school, and me and this guy had this play where we wre the main cuple , and she saw it and flipped out on me. Then it was my birthday and this guy and me went to celebrate (we had breakfast and spent the afternoon together). Also, since our group of friends saw us going out together they annoyed us about being a couple knowing that he got a gf. And her gf is not okay about us being friends, and i have to keep myself from posting things relating the guy so that she doesn't attack me, he even tells me not to do so, and yesterday admitted to being honest to her about us going out (like he doesn't tell her) and i feel bad adoubt that

My friend and I are in one now. He's told me often that he loves me and hates me at the same time. We have super hot crazy passionate fights about twice a month about little things and then we make up. Our friends are always talking about the tension between us.

The tension was too much for me so I finally told him to kiss me while we were hugging in my car. He refused because he has a gf but said he did want to kiss me. He said if he were free he would kiss me but for now we keep giving each other intense stares and argue. I tried to explain to him that we fight like this and push each other's buttons so easily because we have feelings for each other. If we didn't, we wouldn't be able to affect each other so strongly, hence the love/hate.

I was reading about belligerent sexual tension, which seems to fit our situation. The tension builds till we break it by fighting or me trying to kiss him, we are pissed and I swear I'm done with him for good and then we make up. It's like we can't stay away from each other.

He denied ever flirting with me but apologized for leading me on. While we were in my car he was fine with me tickling him and then we were wrestling hard over his seatbelt. He was trying to use it to keep me away and we were grabbing each other's forearms full strength to try to dominate each other. He's so into drama and during our last fight he made a scene in front of our friends announcing that my hug privileges had been revoked! He likes to withhold hugs to punish me and it seems like we're always in a power struggle.

I can't decide if I want to keep this cycle going or just stop caring. He says he has feelings for me but he's still with the gf until may, when we graduate. I could wait or just stop caring. I was going to just be platonic with him but he keeps up the teasing, dagger stares and fighting, so he must want it to continue? He's still touching me as well, so it's not like he was grossed out by me coming on to him.

after a grueling week of doing everything wrong like begging & crying for him back which led to him being really angry at me for continuously calling & him asking to be left alone... my ex invited me to sleep over for a weekend (i know its weird.. the flip flop was shocking to me)& i agreed, we finally met up... i assume it was cause he wanted to have sex even though he had called me crazy for a week straight. We had a "closure session"... prior to this i hadn't been able to go a day without calling & texting till he answered, after the weekend i was finally able to go full NC. we cried together and said we could be friends eventually. He broke up with me & knows i want to be with him... he says not a chance in hell due to my insecurities & he thinks we can be best friends in the future but nothing more (i know -.-) in a stark contrast he also proposed to continue having a sexually exclusive relationship, but i told him i couldnt do it. last thing said was that he'd keep checking up on me. Its only been a week NC... but im pretty sure he will text me before the 30 days are up, we agreed to check in on each other, if i just ignore him when he does... won't he just assume im playing stupid games to get him back? its only been a week but i already feel 10x better... my feelings are fading... there is something about knowing without a doubt a man doesn't want you (he explicitly said he isn't inlove anymore or want me romantically) that makes it easier... i actually do think we can be friends in the future though at the moment i want more. just asking if i should still be NC for the 30 days if i already told him he could check in.. if i ignore and contact him after a month.. wouldn't he be turned off further from any sort of relationship platonic or otherwise? it'd be like he gave me an olive branch of friendship when i want more & i turned it down... what do you guys think?
