so i started sleeping on the floor and my tail bone starting aching for a day or so but now its stopped, and i also didn't have any cramps on my period, and it went away faster and seemed a lot easier to deal with, but when my tail bone was aching i asked if i should still sleep on the ground and everyone said no and that its a bad idea but there are so many articles that say otherwise.

my tailbone doesn't hurt anymore, and i haven't had any other problems, plus it seemed to stop my cramps, do you think i should still sleep on the floor? (on a yoga mat by the way)

I've had my period for about 5 years now and I have a normal cycle. What confuses me is that I do not get cramps or mood swings. My periods are also usually nothing too heavy and are manageable.
I wouldn't be worried if this runs in my family, but out of all of the women in my family, both extended and immediate family, I am the only one like this. They all get insane cramps and headaches- sometimes bad enough to keep them in bed all day. They have heavy flows and their Time of the Months are a living nightmare.
Should I be worried that I am not the same as them? I am absolutely the only person in my family, both mom's side and dad's side, that is lucky enough to have an incredibly easy menstruation. Is it normal for me to be this different?
