Me and my boyfriend (of 2 years) had a heated argument last night

When we are all goods, he would be very loving and caring and very affectionate towards me
He shows that he does love me
He always ask about my day, what Im upto, etc
And he would say
"I love you alot"
"I can't break up with you"
"I can't live without you"
"I don't doubt about you"
"I call you everyday because I care about you"
Etc etc

But then when we have an argument he said
"I dont give a fuck anymore"
"Yea I dont care about you"
"You think I can't live without you? I can"
"Im so done with you"
Etc

Which one should I believe?
When he's angry or when he's not angry?

I've been dating my boyfriend for over 2 years now
I've always been there for him, whenever he has problems I listen to him and give some advice
He is a very caring and very affectionate guy but sometimes I feel like he doesn't listen to me

So last night I got into an argument with my mum and then my boyfriend called me but I missed his calls
So i called back:
Him - why didn't u pick up? Are u busy?
Me - nah i got into an argument with mum *i started crying*
Him - what happened?
Me - *i stayed quiet*
Him - hello? Are u not gonna talk?
Me - just some problem
Him - this is just a waste of time, you're not even talking and telling me what happened, so im just gonna hang up and let u cool down
Me - see? U dont even care about me
Him - yeah ok whatever u think, call me when ur feeling better, bye
Then he hanged up on me

And then 2 hours later, he called me:
Me - yeah what?
Him - have u calmed down yet?
Me - yeah but im still pissed u hanged up on me while im crying and upset
Him - because you are so negative when you're upset, you're going to put your anger on me, i know how you are, you talk negatively towards me when you're angry so its better for me to hang up.. so anyway what happened?
Me - whatever.. dont worry about it

Does he not care about me?
I feel like he's not there for me at all 😔

Me and my boyfriend been together for 2 years

He always tells me he loves me and all
And is caring and very affectionate

So yesterday night we were cuddling and he said he loves me a lot
And then we started making out and had sex
After sex, he pulls me to his chest to cuddle me
And he asked "how much do you love me?"
And says "i love you"
"I can't live without you"
"I can't stay away from you"
And starts kissing my forehead and cheek

Do you think its genuine?
