I, one of the many, suffer from extreme stress. Its self explanatory. I feel stress when I am alone doing nothing. For example, when I'm lying in bed, I get stressed to the point of tears because of what I think of in my mind about my current relationship. My current girlfriend is out of town and it kills me because she is becoming friends with guys whom like her and I personally hate them. In addition she told me that if we don't make it through the summer we would try again in the school year. Regardless, basically what she is saying, or how I analyze it as, I'm going to have fun with guys while I'm out of town then when I come back and they are gone I want to go back to you. In other words, I'm going to cheat on you then want you back, is that ok with you? What do you think I'm gonna say to that? You guessed it! No idea. I love this girl. She tells me she loves me. I know for a fact I would never cheat and I will make it work. I am just extremely worried about what she is going to do. My main question, how can I avoid this stress? Either by distracting me or fixing the problem directly. Poll and Answer would be wonderful. Thank you. =)
