When you're jogging , someone overtake you , you get this BURNING sensation in the back of your head going
"FUCK HIM , you're gonna take that shit? Chase him!"
And you start chasing him , jogging right behind him.

You should have stopped 15Km ago but you ain't gonna stop before he does so you ended up doing 40Km in a day , literally tasting blood in your mouth when you're done.

You're lifting , you know you can only safely bench 200 for sets of 15, but the guy next to you just did 250 for sets of 15 and he's smaller than you.
You ain't taking this shit , so you added it up to 255 for sets of 12 , your elbows are creeking , your shoulders are in ABSOLUTE PAIN, you're literally going into TUNNEL vision forcing the last few rep.
