My ex boyfriend is going to college that is close and he says that he is not allowed to date and to be honest I don’t think i’ll ever see him again. We had a lot of arguements and he said that he didn’t want anything serious that he wanted something laidback so he broke up with me through text a week before his last days of high school. I doubt he had real feelings with me or is hurt to lose me because he never held my hand, never took me on a date, and he never kissed me and he knew I wanted that with him he just kept saying one day.

This guy and I are a fantastic match as far as compatibility is concerned. We share the same sense of humour, have similar interests and on the same page in terms of morals and values. He is actually boyfriend material. Very caring and attentive also.

Date 1 was bowling. We had a great time. We were affectionate and the date ended with a kiss. Date 2 he took me on a jetboat ride and lunch afterwards, great time again.

In between these dates I wasn't really feeling that magic excitement to hurry up and see him again. I wasn't even feeling the need to text or talk everyday with him. It left me confused as to why. I did have a little bit of an attraction to him but it was just so so.

On the second date when he dropped me home, I invited him in. We got very sexy on the couch, straddling him, bit of grinding and massive make out session. I hadn't done anything like this with anyone since I broke up with my ex 4 mths ago so naturally I was getting a little excited at the thought another man was totally into me and desired me that way.

Because he wasn't actually setting me alight with his kisses I decided to sleep with him more so because I wanted to see if having sex would ignite something and whether afterwards I would feel some sort of bond or attachment. I didn't feel attachment. The sex itself was not bad.

Isn't it meant to be happy and exciting, your supposed to want to shag the shit out of that person every time you are together. Your supposed to want to chat with them daily and initiate the affection and flirting. Your supposed to want to hurry up and see them again. It was like that with my 2nd husband, I was giddy with excitement and it was like that with my ex, by the third date with my ex I was totally lost in him and wanted to be with him all the time. I compared all that to this lovely guy and it wasn't there... The actual spark with this guy has been a little lacklustre and my attitude has been just "meh". Why?

So my ex boyfriend who is one grade ahead of me is leaving to college and he isn't allowed to date. And he broke up with me because he said we both wanted different things and that it wasn't working out. But he says he does want to date me when we are older but now we are friends. But he has been avoiding me and i feel like he isn't interested in me anymore. And i doubt him because he also keeps saying that he would hold my hand, kiss me, and cuddle with me one day. but we broke up and he still hasn't. all we ever did was hug. And i honestly dont know if he played me and used me my mind is a mess right now.

At first he told me couldn't date but he asked me out. He would always be romantic, he would send me pics showing people kissing and cuddling saying that he wants to be that way with me. He made me feel more special than any other guy did. He said all those things saying that he wants to do them with me but he never held my hand, never kissed me, never took me on a date. He said it was because he didn't show pda especially since I wasn't outgoing. At the end he just randomly texted me saying that this wasn't going anywhere to be honest and then he said that he would still be there, that it wasn't my fault that i was so beautiful and sweet etc. Etc. But it hurts because all those late nights i spent texting with him were for nothing and he was the only guy who ever made me feel special. He said that he wanted something more laidback and i wanted something more serious. He was my first boyfriend. He broke up with me at 12 am today through text in snapchat. i think he played with my emotions.
