This girl sits next to me in class. It seems like a lot of the time she is looking in my direction but not directly AT me. But she is looking at me when I look at her sometimes. Whenever she does she isn't smiling though. I sit directly to the right of her so its not like she's staring into space. She leans towards me a little bit and sometimes has her legs crossed away from me with one of her feet pointing kinda towards me and other times her legs are crossed towards me. Seldom does she point STRAIGHT at me but she's done it a few times. Whenever my class laughs (since my teacher is hilarious) she almost always laughs and then turns her head to look at me then turns back after we make eye contact. Like I said she will look at least in my direction frequently but not always right at me and I am the only guy in my row. Whenever I'm called on/mentioned in class she seems to perk up an look at me. But I've noticed most times she looks at the person in class talking but she doesn't perk up to them. When someone to the right of me speaks I think she looks at me instead but I'm not sure. Most times when I turn my head she is, or it kinda seems like she's looking VERY SLIGHTLY behind me and no one sits behind us. She holds eye contact about half the time. She will either turn right away or hold until I look away after a second (I am VERY shy). so we have also never talked unless were paired together for classwork. Also on days when I've caught her eye a lot later in the hour se will turn herself completely away from me to where her legs and body are practically facing the wall. What does this mean? Other days she seems to not look at me AT ALL. At lunch I don't think she ever looks at me, though over the school year I've seen A FEW quick glances. A couple weeks ago I got up to use the restroom and saw her looking right at me and when she saw me looking back she looked shocked and quickly turned. She never looks at me in the hallways though and rarely see each other in them.
