I've been feeling sad for quite some time now.
I've started self harming.
I have no motivation when it comes to studying.
I feel tired for half of the day.
I've also been thinking about going to the psychologist.
I think that I might have a mental disorder or something like that.
So I was just wondering should I tell her all of this? Or is it my own personal problems and I should be able to deal with them without putting them on someone else?

I’m a girl, and I used to self harm, years ago. I’m way past that now, and I’m perfectly healthy. I have scars in a few places, but for the most part they’re on one of my arms. They’re very faded, and all but a few are the same exact color as my normal skin. You can only really tell because some of the scars are raised a bit and hair doesn’t grow there.
I know some people just wouldn’t be interested in someone like me, and that’s perfectly fine. But if it’s not very noticeable, long in the past, and the person is now healthy both mentally and physically, what would you think of them? I’m just trying to get a sense of others’ opinions on this as it’s the situation I’m in, thanks for answering if you do!
