Search Results: no response to phone calls

So to try to sum it all up, I met this girl playing basketball. We played together for a long time, went out after for a smoothie together, and after that I asked for her number...I sent her a quick text after basically just so she had my number too (so there was no need to respond) but she responded asking for my last name. I text her two days later asking how her arm is doing (it got hurt playing basketball) and she responded, I sent another response but she didn't respond.

So that all leads up to the call. A few days after her no response, I gave her a call. She actually answered and overall it went fine. She seemed like she didn't want to be on the phone though. I asked her if she was free to grab some food now because I just got out of class, but she said how she's been studying for an exam on weds. And then she mentioned her family is coming in from out of state tomorrow, so she'll be spending time with them. So I said well I'll guess you're too busy tomorrow to go to the rec then, right? And she said yeah... She didn't really carry on the convo much and she didn't offer a different day to get together, so is that a pretty bad sign? I said good luck on her exam, and asked if she knew what she had going on Thursday because I don't have class or work... she said she didn't know so I said I'd text her later to figure it out.

Overall, she seemed very short on the phone. What are your thoughts on it? Bad sign? I don't know what I could have done differently...
