So I was at the hospital b/c my mom got in an accident. The young 30 year old resident doctor came in and started speaking in my moms language and then was nice to her. Then he turned around and noticed me. I remember he stood and stared dreamily at me for about 10 seconds.





I guess he was deciding on what to say, and then he told me " How are you sweetheart?" kind of like this






I was so worried about my mom that I curtly told that "I speak English."

After that he walked off looking like I hurt his feelings, which I didn't mean to do.



Then he later came back in with his assistant, who was cute. While the doctor was talking to my mom and sister who came later he noticed I was staring at his assistant rather than him and he looked back at his assistant and then at me

and looked kind of hurt that I was paying attention to his assistant more than him and maybe a bit hurt over it.

My question is, was the resident doctor attracted to me at first or something? He was young around my age and he did do that kind of dreamy stare right before asking how I was doing? Then he got kind of upset that I was looking at his assistant and not him.

But to be fair the doctor wasn't even speaking to me so why would I care that I'm looking at his assistant?

I talked about this yesterday and some guy said he might have liked me. I don't think he liked me because he didn't know me, but is it possible he was a bit attracted to me at first when he saw me?

I normally wouldn't interfere in my boyfriends parenting of his children. He is 37 and we have been together for 10 months. Yesterday we had been out having a lovely day with his 2 young children and my one. We get home and he parks his car in the garage. His son had fallen asleep and obviously my boyfriend didn't want to wake him up. So he leaves the garage door open. In the meantime I had gone inside to change quickly so I could go to the supermarket. Came back to garage to get into my own car and noticed his son sleeping but not one single door had been left open and not one single window down.

I was in disbelief to be honest and given the circumstances I was quite concerned that his 5 yr old was left without windows down and doors open at least. I pulled my boyfriend up on this immediately and he said I was overreacting and told me to stop lecturing him.

His defense was that the car was in the shade of the garage and that the air conditioner had been on for a good hour before turning the car off at home which meant the car inside would stay cool for a while. It was an extremely hot day, we are in the middle of summer and statistics do say that it doesn't matter if a car has been parked under shade or had had the air conditioner on for a good period of time that all it takes is for 10 minutes for the car to still teach temperatures double to what is outside.

He of course disagreed with proven facts and proceeded to give me the cold shoulder for the rest of the night stating I was wrong for what i said and did... I'm sorry but I am struggling to see how I was wrong in this...
