The last couple of years I am experiencing a lot of stress and worry, which I can ussually handle cause I'm a tough coockie :p. However in October I got sick of worry and anxiety, had troubles eating, stomach ache, headaches etc. It got a bit better when the situation got better but since October on and off I've been falling ill, headaches, flu, stomach problems, sore and painfull muscles, I was almost always tired, felt restles, empty and started to skip doing the things I ussually loved frequently because I didn't have the energy. I thought about getting my blood checked, as this wasn't normal for me. But I guess I sort of forgot. In January I started to become even more tired, I would feel also very sad for no apparent reason. Tears would be streaming down my face whenever I was alone and I could cry on and on. I felt so empty, often I would also sit somewhere and look at nothing and think of nothing. I didn't care anymore, I wanted to run away and just dissapear.
This lasted to March, however when my friends were with me most of the time I felt good and forgot these feelings. But from the moment I was alone it was so overwhelming, I really couldn't stop feeling so bad.
Eventually had my blood checked (and got tested on a lot of diseases/virusses), they found nothing, I was as healthy as could be). I ended up so sick of sadness I made myself throw up a couple of times cause I felt so sick, I couldn't stand any food. I just skipped meals and stuff, I realized this had went too far and talked a bit with a friend about how I felt and stuff, since then it had gotten better. So now I'm thinking I was sort of depressed perhaps?

so I have this guy who im super close to, I've known him like a year now and we have become best friends but recently he told me he has feelings for me but I can't look at him in that way because of how we are and im totally against friend zoning as a lot of my mates have become my partners but not when you have the level of friendship we have if that makes sense? like if I were to kiss him and try to make it mean something id feel sick as he's like a brother to me now, however he claims to of liked me since day 1 which is sort of weird after all that's happened. anyway he asked me out and I said no because I can't be with someone I don't love and he took it well and we still continue as normal but I've gotten closer to this other guy recently and I feel really bad as we had sex and I think im falling for him but I can't hurt the other guys feelings, it would hurt him enough that I kept the fact we fucked from him.. it doesn't help that I see his best friend everyday and we are also super close.. any opinions on what I should do? I want to try avoid drama and keep feelings getting hurt to a minimum
