So, I reached a level with a friend.

We're both in open relationships devoted openly to specific others.

He's best friends with my fiance who approves of my gallivanting, but doesn't want to know details (fwb's gf is same way).

Normally we would be open about this stuff, known the guy 4 years. But this time he wanted to keep it a secret though at first if I wanted to I was free to mention it to his gf.

Admitted years ago when my man was moving out (roommates) he took his phone & looked frantically for pics of me, found a sexy one and you know.

I'm questioning his behavior, it's odd for fwb's. This in no way was a relationship to me, but we kissed, he admitted he only does such w/his gf he's very openly in love with always texting.

BUT, we've barebacked while on my menses (also intimate), he wouldn't gtfo of the bathroom when I was cleaning up him ear to ear, and expressed unhappiness of me possibly getting thinner.

aren't there just some friend boundaries you dont cross?

Then, he's been a little cold since but I must say I was all business, does his confusing behavior betray a hurt friend or someone unsure of boundaries?

Personally I dont understand why everyone else can be public but me, I'm way cute and not to be shallow just I worked very hard at looking great and am considered at leaaaast a 9, and he has wanted to ask for years unaware of my also open relationship. I know that also might make him insecure, he was worried about his performance even before it occurred.

He's acting weird, what the hell do I think? This isn't a unique situation for either so why is he so inconsistent?

Shortened version: In college 5 years ago I dated this guy Rob. He broke up with me after 4 months of dating to have sex with his ex.

The last 4 years I dated Brad a completely new guy that I met randomly. I was very serious with him but things turned bad and I ended it with him back in September of last year. Rob came back into my life around that time saying he always wanted another chance with me. I gave in (he was a rebound I suppose you could say) I ended up hanging out with him twice where we had sex both times just like back in the college days he ended it with me again.

I confided in his friend Aric to help me through this since I was getting over my 4 year break up and this Rob mess at the same time. Well around March Aric and I started talking and it turned into more. We ended up liking each other a lot and now are in a relationship/dating. We have met each other's families etc. Things are going well. Only problem is he has been keeping this a secret from his friend Rob. They live an hour away from each other so rarely see each other in person and are both busy with work.

This weekend Rob will be in town and Aric plans to tell him straight up that he is dating me and wants Rob to hear it from him and not other people. He isn't really asking for permission but just wants to respectfully tell him man to man. Aric told me that he thinks it'll go fine and that Rob will just have to accept it.

Well guys/girls has anyone ever been in the situation? Guys, how would you feel if you were either of them?
