Demisexuality is an umbrella orientation of asexuality. Demisexuals do not experience sexual attraction without a strong emotional connection. In my personal experience, I only become sexually attracted to men. I cannot relate to others when they point out how attractive someone is. I can see that people are aesthetically pleasing, but it means nothing to me without the connection. An "ugly" person and a "hot" person are the same in my eyes until something sets them apart from the rest.

A lot of people say I am just trying to label myself differently and should just admit that I am picky. What do you think?

I don't mean homosexual. Homoromantic means romantically attracted to men. I say this because most would rather date a tomboy than a girly girl. They usually don't feel romantically attracted to women but rather feel sexual attraction most of the time, and they struggle to be romantic with a woman. Many settle down with a woman because they getting sex is more important than romance with a woman. They have longer lasting friendships with other men. They put bros before hoes and get along better with men.
