I just had a very tragic situation occur involving a childhood friend of mine.

I had a friend I grew up with most of my teen years. Our friendship started when I was in 5th grade. He was 2 years younger than me, and I can remember the very first day we met. I got to know him very well and we became best friends over the years. He had a mom and a dad, two older sisters, and one younger sister. My younger sister became friends with his younger sister and my sis also took a liking to my friend. Over the next several years, my family became very close to his. The family was very Christian, the parents raised the kids as Christians, and my friend was overall a very good kid that had a lot going for him.

In the middle of high school, my family moved back to our hometown. I gradually lost contact with my best friend. The last time I could really picture him, he was an innocent kid, not the type to get into trouble. The last time I spoke to him, we had a conversation and the topic of sex came up (as weird as it sounds) and he said he was waiting until marriage. This boosted my spirits and made me feel like I was not the only virgin out there. I really respected him for that decision he made.

Today, I was browsing my Facebook, and I am Facebook friends with his older sister. I happened to come across some photos. In these photos, my friend's older sister and younger sister was holding this baby girl. I was curious and asked who's baby that was. She replied, "my brother's". There is only one brother in that family and I feared the worst. So I asked, "Tony?" and she replied "yes, my only brother." At this point, this confirmed it, and my friend ended up getting a girl pregnant and having a baby girl. I felt sick to my stomach, and I called my sister up and explained to her, and she was so sick about it, she did not want to talk.

Thing is, we were never told anything. The only way we found out was discovering pictures. Also, my friend is still in high school.

this chick in one of my classes started crying in class because people were gossiping about her sex life and saying in front of her "i heard she fucked ____ last night". the guy she slept with told people and now everyone knows they had sex. was really crying necessary? girls, if this happened to you would you cry too?
