The story goes that we had an excursion into Melbourne yesterday for my drama class, we went to see Miss Julie and holy fuck was it amazing. It was simply mind blowing and I cannot believe I had the chance to go see it for only eleven bucks. Seriously. I want to kiss the piss arse excuse for a business manager that turned my school into an under privileged school. She's the reason I could go at all.

Anyway.

What happened is I swapped seats with a friend so she wouldn't have to sit next to this guy in our class, I never saw a problem with him, so why not sit next to him.

I figured out quickly why not.

He slouched in his seat so his elbows were digging into my side. The seats were decent sized so I just scooched over till he wasn't touching me.

Ten minutes into the play though, I'm transfixed, until I get this light in the corner of my eye and music. The bastard had put his earphones in, and not only was he disrespecting the performers, he didn't even have the decency to make the music low enough so the people around him couldn't hear it! I quietly told him off for it and told him to turn it off, and he put it away.

This happened FOUR more times.

The best play I have ever had the privilege of seeing, and there's this bastard of a person sitting next to me, daring to pull his fucking phone out.

I told him off each time.
