I just wrote this explanation of introverts with a friend... Let me know if you relate to this anyway?

1) Introverts are really good at conversations, it's just that it's only when talking to people one on on.
2) We have multiple layers of comfort firewalls to push through before we can even start saying "Hi" without freaking out. All though not all but most introverts (and me) are shy , but that doesn't mean underconfident. Shyness is usually related to emotional stuff while confidence has to do with other than emotions as well!.
3) We sometimes have our very own rare extrovert-y moments, but we then get back to our shell the very next day.
4) The thought of initiating conversation with new people terrifies us, which is why someone like me would not show up when someone invites us to a party or any event.
5) I sometimes get strangely quite when introduced to a bunch of new people, it's not because i am not friendly. I like making friends like anything. It's because seeing so many new people together freaks me out and i enter panic zone.
6) I am so much better with words than on awkward phone calls. Which is why i might not pick up someone's phone calls but then texting long paragraphs of deeply sentimental stuff right after.
7) I just need my personal space and breaks from social interactions , i fear most of the people will get bored of me someday because is a world fuelled by endless chatter , i just fear that my extended silence will not be fun enough for most of the friendships.
8) There are some close friends who when i hangout long with , may be we aren't talking at all but just the presence of each other is magical
9) And if someone becomes a special person for me , i will take that fact very seriously and do everything to make their life better😊
