We bought my daughters prom dress back in January. It was $750. Her heels were $30. Her prom ticket was $145. They are taking buses down to a hotel ballroom and then to a music venue for an after party. My daughter has a group of 4 friends who said they would all go as a group at the time. There was no reason at the time to not buy the dress she loved, all of her and her friends were hanging out every weekend. Well all 4 of her friends are going in separate groups and my daughter has nobody to go with. She has asked around and a lot of people aren't going. Her friends tables are full and she got placed at a random table. Her friends also don't want to hang out with her at all the entire night. She said she did nothing to them for her to hate her. I am so mad. I spent $900 or more on prom for her and she can't even go. The dress isn't able to be returned at all, all sales are final. The ticket is non refundable. Prom is Friday, April 14th. My daughter is pissed off and doesn't want to go. I am so mad I wasted all that money for nothing. She said there is nobody else she can go with. She isn't talking to her friends.
