.. Either she has some kind of staring problem or doesn't realise she's doing it, but its really uncomfortable and weird.

Whenever i turn around, she stares at my ass and gives me 'up and down looks'. (and im well-covered, in uniform). And she makes intense eye contact with me, so i have to avoid looking at her, so that its not awkward. And sometimes says rude comebacks and is sarcastic.
Whenever im minding my own business, doing my job, then i look up, and i realise that she's still staring directly at me. Its so odd!!

She seems to have quite low self esteem and is always talking about her love life problems, and she's always moody!!
She gossips A LOT too!
