OK I have been with the same guy for 3 years and we just broke up in February. I met him when I was 16. He was a new teacher and coach at my school. We talked but didn't start dating until I was a senior. He was 25 when we started dating. We dated openly after I graduated high school and he was my first. Before him I had only kissed 2 guys. We lived together for over a year and at Christmas he proposed and I said yes but it didn't feel right. He was good to me and we got along OK but I don't think I love him and I decided to break it off. He asked me if he had done something wrong or if it was someone else but there has never been anyone else I just don't think I'm ready. Now he's seeing someone else but he called me the other day and said he would break it off in a heartbeat just to get back with me. He also tells me that he risked his whole career for me but that's how much he loves me. Am I wrong for breaking it off?

But he has been sweeter that any guy has ever been to me, he made me feel special, he sent me the sweetest messages so I don't know what to do
