I have been renting from this a very good friend of mine. Basically it was meant to be working for both - I have a safe and nice place to stay and she gets a good weekly rent to help her with her bills, mortgage and safe some money up for her upcoming overseas holiday etc. I am supposed to sit her house and her pets while she is away.

We have known each other for nearly 7 years - have few things in common and she (my friend) has been trying to be helpful and basically there for me knowing that I don't have any family or too many close friends in the country.

One big thing is she is an alcoholic (every day 5 pm - until she goes to bed) and she is also on some sort of medication to help her to manage her temper. I don't drink, don't do any drugs, and don’t smoke - full on health freak and into my sports and all the healthy ways imagine possible.

One night few days ago, she did kick me out - before she was trying to get me into the argument with her (I wasn’t disagreeing - as I was totally on her side). We all including her partner were watching a movie and having a dinner. She has been drinking for a couple of ours by then and was very distracting all the way keeping us from watching the movies and trying to basically pick up a verbal fight (I think she also had a change of her medication or something). I had enough and told her off, she told me to f... k off so i left the house late at night without any money or anywhere to go. I tried to find a shelter place to stay, to no avail, so I went back after spending few hours in the park and realising it wasn’t safe to stay for me over there.

Next morning, my friend couldn't wait to talk to me so that we both put that night behind us and moved on. She was very pushy with her apology and then blaming her behaviour on me, and then talking we should put this behind us and move on. I am very reluctant to give this another go and basicaly stopped trusting her, and I never accepted her apology given the blamehanging and the manner it was handled.
