So guy finds me at work (a stranger) and goes out of his way to get my number and we start talking. Nothing steamy, and after a few weeks, agree to try and meet before i go back to college. He then goes on to ghost me a few days before our meet up date, and i go back to school. After a few months, he reaches out asking whether i would find him attractive if he gained wait, and saying stuff how he felt he was to insecure to be with me? Then when I vent my frustrations he replies months later apologising. Then i ignore and then another few months go by and he's asking saying, "I have been and I would like to get to know you better if your still interested. I've been thinking about you a lot lately, just hmu sometime please 😃". And to add, he's been looking at every snapchat post of mine lately, even when i thought i blocked him... I only deleted him off by accident. Now I dont know how to feel. I really liked the guy at first, and have never had a boyfriend or any male attention before... But I'm insecure and paranoid, and this behavior just seems to just scream ignore, but if he was genuinely insecure, then i dont want to make the wrong choice and dismiss him... Should i try reaching out again? I just S dont know why im so compelled to keep talking to him?

Okay so yesterday I got a postcard for Mom and she said that she may be in town sometime this month. I don't know if I should be excited or not because I don't know. We seem to see things a lot differently. My brother's especially my younger older brother are not pleased with it. They told me not to get my hopes up too quickly because she might not come or end up not showing up. Nick my younger older brother doesn't seem to care or isn't interested. He was like, "Who the hell cares? I'm going to be late for my date with my girl." Everytime I mention mom he always seems to interrupt or cut me off. He just doesn't like her and he's not even interested. He hates her with the passion because she abandoned us and dumped us. I mean I understand that too and we're all angry at her but don't you think you should give her a chance. My oldest brother told me that I can't make him like her or be interested because he has the right to how he feels. He's not even sure if he wants to see her. Maybe Mom wants to reconnect with us again cuz I really want to connect with my mom so bad and have a mother. I showed my dad the postcard and he told me that I shouldn't believe her at all because she might be lying and she'll just abandoned us again. He keeps reminding me to not get my hopes up cuz I'm going to end up disappointed. I mean yes when I visited Mom in England when I wanted to live with her, she seemed happy to see me but towards the middle of the week, she seems very irritated when I'm around, she stood me up for dinner and I waited for her for 3 hours and she told me the real truth why they left the family which I don't want to go into details. I mean she wanted to have her own life. I mean she stood me up before and broke promises. She never even made it to any of my birthdays are sent us cards or never called us on our birthdays. I'm excited to see my mommy but should I?
