We work a later afternoon shift and after work he invites me to come over every night. We sit and talk for hours sometimes having sex after sometimes we just part ways and make plans to see each other the next night. For months he was forced to work one day every weekend till about 7 pm. On the weekdays we work till 11 and sometimes hangout till 5 am.
We had some time off over Christmas but he got caught up in family stuff and then was sick so he ended up cancelling on me multiple times. He does that a lot. It seems like unless I'm driving to his place I won't be seeing him. He asked me if I'd want to go on a holiday with him. He planned a double date for 3 weeks from now.
I asked him once 'what we were' and he said we're basically dating but I want the date that our relationship starts to have a cute memory attached to it.
I've told him multiple times that I need to have actual dates with him not just see him in the middle of the night!!! All we can do is sit in his vehicle because he lives with his parents who don't want me in his room at 2am. When I was telling him to stop cancelling on me and that it felt like he was always making excuses he said I <3 you (I think it was just to get me to stop asking him questions).
The other day he told me he sees this as a long term thing. He wants to take it slow and make it last long. Later I said I love you to him and he just kissed me and said I was cute.

After all that my question is: Is he really too busy to see me during the day? Does it seem like he's all talk but when it comes to actually living up to his promises (our plans) he never follows through?

So I’ve been seeing a guy for a few weeks. We talk everyday and have been on lots of dates and see each other quite a lot for only knowing each other less than a month.

One night he invited me over to watch a movie and I let him know I wanted to go slow and wasn’t wanting to have sex yet and he said he understands and is happy to wait. We saw each other more times after that and I went to his house a few more times and he asked me to sleep over and I said I couldn’t. Anyway he kept saying he won’t push sex he understands he literally just wants me to sleep over. I got worked up during us mucking around and said let’s do it and he said no he promised he wouldn’t do it the first night I stay and has a rule. We mucked around again in the morning and then he went to work and I said bye.

He seems a bit distant but even a few days before I slept over. he's still lovely when I message him and flirty but he hasn’t initiated messages with me first yet.
He’s currently moving houses and I’ve never moved houses so would that be a reason to become a bit distant?
