Hello everyone,
I met this woman online, been going out with her for 7-8th dates.
Kissed her since first date, lately i was being in her friends' house, they just moved in,
we both still kissing, caressing each other at sofa but no sex.
The most is i only ''made a move'' aka touching her boobs while we sitting darkly in cinema.
Her personality's similar with me, but her appearance... just normal,
kinda short chubby.. i don't have problems conversing with her, feeling much ''comfortable'' at this moment.
Should I go out with her again?
I mean im somehow sexually attracted to her, but im feeling something's ''missing'' currently

We been talking about sex since first date, she actually said, ''it's not proper to have sex at friend's house''
i was not sure she was testing me, or just the truth.

Recently started dating a female friend of mine after months of just hanging out and getting closer, and closer. It was slow going but we finally crossed the friendship line and were really happy. We feel that we are almost perfect for each other in every way but one: I am very overweight and she feels its best not to commit to someone with a potentially short life and not physically attracted to.
I dont blame her at all for this. It's a harsh reality.
Even before her telling me this I was working on the problem. I dont like admitting my flaws to her so she doesn't know I have joined a gym, been walking more, etc. doing it because I knew it bothered her (and me, a little).
She has said we are just friends again but she would consider dating again once the weight is gone (she saw a pic of me a few years ago and liked what she saw- 60kg ago).

No matter what the weight is going. It will take months but it will happen.
I've heard from 2 theories on where to from there: 1) take her back if she's still keen; you two were perfect together; 2) dont take her back because she couldnt love me for me then, can she be trusted to love me if I got a disfigurement etc? (I dont think of her as being ALL about appearances but obviously it matters).
I really like this woman. As I said above, we feel that with everything else we are perfect.

What do you think? Should we consider getting back together once this issue is fixed or are we best to move on?

I've recently been hearing/thinking that being nervous with a good is actually good because it means you're actually invested in the interaction. You actually like her, are impressed by her, and want things to work out if only initially. On the flip side, a person who's your type and you find attractive but is a little nervous to talk to you seems like it could be a good thing as long as it's not too intense.

A lot of guys try to metaphorically puff their chests up, but wouldn't it be better to just own whatever emotion you're feeling at the time

Something like "hey I was really nervous to talk to you but I wanted to just say hey," "hey I alway see you at xxxxx but I'm always so nervous to talk to you." "hey I don't normally do this but i just wanted to talk to you... so hi"

Obviously I'm not inventing anything new here, but the logic is that "players" have the problem of having to force the appearance of emotions for a girl when they've had so many girls they don't really care one way or another about her, but if you are actually authentic with the nervousness you come off as this guy who's just totally real and she kind of just has to take you as you are because you come at it already 100% sure of yourself even if it's sure that you're nervous af. Also, assuming you're fairly attractive yourself, seems like it would feed into the person's narcissism that "woah this attractive guy is nervous to talk to me. There must be something special about me."
