I play pickup sports with guys all the time. Sometimes I meet a guy that I think is cute or whatever, but I may be better than he is (depends on what we're playing). Would you be bothered/turned off by that? Would you think it is awesome? Or not care?

If a girlfriend who you've been with for 6 months tells you you need to talk.. what do you think of her? Do you freak out?

My roommate just had a 4 hour(!) talk last night with her boyfriend of 6 months. I heard her talk on the phone on several previous occasions and telling him off about random stuff, like why he is 2 hrs late with calling her. And she always uses that accusatory tone with him..

And the cause of yesterday's talk was the fact that he rather watched the football match than go to the movies with her. She told him she can't get used to having a boyfriend who is obsessed with sports, and he told her she better get used to it because he's been a fan of football since forever and he's not going to stop on her command. And that pis*ed her off and after the match he had to come over to "talk".

I could hear questions and accusations like: Do you even love me? You don't try hard enough for our relationship! How does our future look like to you?

Apparently he's taking it slower than her... Would you expect this kind of relationship to work? They should be oh so in love right now and not having a "where do you see us in 5 years" talk... I think they're not going to last, different expectations in the relationship, she's obviously far more interested in him than he in her..

Your thoughts?
