Search Results: change your first name

I seriously think my #1 problem with this site is the whole anonymous function. I understand its purpose, but I think its time it gets changed. The problem I see is that it encourages bad behavior and trolling. So some options clearly needed to be added to counter this.

First, Anonymous can be turned made disabled for your question. That is, you can say "no one can answer anonymously" and there can be some icon or warning telling them that they can't use anonymous for this answer on this question. This way they troll, they can be found, they can be banned.

Second, a user who blocks can no longer send messages to the person they blocked without first unblocking them. Furthermore, if they unblock someone they blocked, they aren't able to block the person for sometime (I'd say permanently, but I'll settle for a week+).

Third, you can block an anonymous user's account from responding to you even if you don't know who they are. That is, if someone is trolling your question as an anonymous user, you can't see their profile, fine. But there should be a way to still choose to block their actual account from responding to yours.

Fourth, if you answered or asked a question anonymously you can't block anyone for sometime until after you answered/asked anonymously. Basically disable their ability to block people for a day or some set time from when they asked the question and once the counter is done they can block people again unless they asked/answered another question anonymously. every time they do something anonymously the counter is increased by some time. Now this one probably would p*ss some off, but whatever. We're already using internet names that hide your identity if you want. Get over it.

There are other ideas, but I figured this will be a good start. I'm getting sick of the retarded anonymous users who have no balls just trolling, blocking, and continuing to troll people and knowing they can't be stopped and the admins, tbh, are really slow to respond and generally "eh."
