Can't tell if she wants me to stop talking to her or is just really shy?

-is very shy but goes a bit red sometimes
-I was having a nearby conversation and she said "I didn't know you were a ____ major!", interrupting it and smiling. She also agreed with something I said in that conversation.
-has waved to me in her car before

BUT

(This isn't the first time this has happened) I was standing outside looking at my phone and she saw me from behind (glass panels) and walks out to her car, and takes a SHARP turn away from me down a ramp, then slowwwwwly takes a few steps (probably waiting for me to say bye or something)

And I didn't say anything.

I thought it was kinda off-putting and didn't want to start a conversation that way, since she clearly turned away fast lol
