My crush is 6 years older than I.
We live approximately 1500 miles away and I was planning to move where he is for school in about a years time for 2 years.
He was also planning to visit me in 2 or 3 months for a few days.
He says he takes me seriously but only so much since we live so far away from each other.
We both make an effort to text each other everyday but can only Skype so often because he uses his brother's laptop. He has expressed that he likes me and is attracted to me but I feel like he really doesn't take me seriously at all. He's really attractive and a lot of women (yes, women, not girls) publicly show their admiration for him on social media and everytime I see the 15+ comments on every pic and him say "Thank you :)" with the different emojis (crown, heart, etc), I get more and more discouraged. I've asked him if he speaks to anyone else the way he does with me and he said no but I'm just not sure. Whenever I try to express that something's bothering me, he says "LOL, don't start with that". He has also said, not sure if he was kidding or not, that when he comes, he's most likely gonna want to have sex.
He compliments me at times but not that often. He doesn't really try to ease my worry when I hint that I'm feeling kinda jealous or iffy about the comments.
At first I definitely thought it was worth it waiting till he visits to see how it goes but now I don't know.

Basically, i went to collect my little sis from skwl and my crush was picking up his brother.. he was there but i acted like i daint now and was talking to my sister.. wen he was going i was looking at him and he looked back and saw that i was looking at him.. so like he looks at me a lot, but im not sure if he likes me cause he's kindoff a playboy, and i dont see him as much but everytime he's with us he gives me this smirk.. and he dont text me or anything so i dont even now if he likes me or not to be honest. and its nearly impossible for me to ask him cause his mates with my brother.. and im confused weather he likes me or not cause he 2 years older then me.

Haven't spoken to my crush in a while. My last message to him was Thursday (Oct 29) cutting off a conversation saying, "Well have a good night and fantastic vacation." Now in my head I was angry as hell cause he'd said that week we would try to catch up and didn't, but I don't think he got that from that message.

Anyway, he'll be back from his vacation tomorrow (Sunday), should I text him and ask how it went etc. or should I just let him go?

I am not afraid to text first, but lately I have been the one texting first. Leaving him alone since last Thursday was because he went on vacation with his 20 year old daughter this past week and I wanted to give them their space together since each one of their busy lives doesn't allow them any quality time together.
