She has a boyfriend, but isn't 100% into him

She has been jealous of my girlfriend before

I feel like there is some sexual tension, because literally there is no personal space barrier with her

1. was hanging out with him last night just drinking and playing video games. When were gonna go to bed he wanted me to sleep in his room. His excuse was "so I could wake him up. i was in shock because it made me really uncomfortable. i keep having second thoughts if he is gay
2. When I was showing him pics of our friend with these decent looking girls he got all mad and jealous saying he would never hang out with them because they are ugly. I told him he's over exaggerating and he is shallow. It was really weird to get upset about.
3. I don't want to sound men but I'm his only friend in college! and he is a sophomore. He should have so much. but people say he weird them out. its sad I'm barely starting to see it
