two years ago I had a class with this guy and he was super flirty and nervous around me; he would try and be next to me, when he was he'd be super fidgety, he used to sit facing me he never faced the front of the room, if I was talking to some guy he'd try and talk to that same guy. Anyway, I never saw him do this with other girls. Then the next year after that he came up to me randomly and asked if I was doing ok (like I was sick or something) and then said my car lights were on. He also continued to look at me and look away that year. And then I liked his friend and sent his friend a text but he completely blew me off. I later found out that the guy had been the one to start making fun of that conversation with his friend and I. Yet, he's still looking at me, like he'll fix his hair when he sees me in the hallway sometimes look and then look away. I always catch him and he'll look away or I'll feel him glance at me. But even when he was super flirty with me I never heard him directly say to any "she's hot", he said that about other girls and I think was talking with other girls, yet he seems so nervous and weird around me and not them. Why so?

If he liked me or thought I was attractive why would he start something to haze me?
