Alright so when my boyfriend (Lets call him B) and I were on our second date we went to starbucks, and his best friend (Lets call him D) was hanging there with some people (so I met him for the first time, not sure if this was planned or not).
We ended up staying and hanging out and since we all share a love of gaming B prompted me to share my ideas for my game room when I get my own place. D then shook Bs hand (I'm guessing because he was impressed and was congratulating him for finding a gamer chick, haha). So I'm pretty sure I had already gained his approval. Since then the three of us had spent a good amount of time together, but last night we all went to a hookah bar, then ended up going back to Ds house to drink.
After we all had a good buzz going we were outside smoking, and D was like "B, B, B, listen to me, you could do anything in your life but nothing would be better than this girl you have here" B was kinda distracted by Ds brother when he said that so he didn't really say anything to it but he smiled and gave me a squeeze. Then later when we were pretty drunk D said "I know it's too soon but I would be very happy if you an B ended up getting married" I'm not sure if B heard that but it just shows how D thinks we're good together. He said other things through the night but the details are a little fuzzy after awhile haha. Anyway I'm wondering what my boyfriend thinks about this, we kinda talked about it and he's happy his friend likes me but I don't know how important it is to him. I know everyones different but in general, how important is it to guys that their friends like/approve of their girlfriend? Also, the stuff he said was pretty intense so is that something he may worry about? His friend wanting to steal me or something? Is it bad that D and I get along so well? If he didn't hear the thing about D being happy if B and I ended up getting married he might not know that he respects our relationship and really wants me to be with B.

I started a new job in May. I am working on getting out of a bad marriage, and was not looking for anything. I met a co-worker, and instantly felt something. I believe he did too. It has been very easy to talk to him and I am very attracted to him, both physically and emotionally. One of the first conversations we had, when we were starting to get to know each other, he had leaned in and asked me if I had a family. I responded I had 3 kids (and nothing on my soon to be ex), and he was very quick to respond he was quite happy being single. I brushed this off as being scared off by a woman with children. However, 2 months later, he just told me he is quite tired of being single and is looking to settle down. Nothing has been said of another woman (apart from a bad relationship he had gotten out of 2 years previously), and I have not mentioned my current situation. I am afraid to come right out and say I'm interested in possibly dating him, then be flatly rejected. My self-confidence is not the best right now, and I don't want to risk anything because we do work together, which is why I think (or maybe hope) that he hasn't either. I have always been bad at reading these "signs", and I married the first guy that asked me, which is why it's ending. But there is something different about this guy... he is just simply amazing and I can envision a future with him.

so this guy n I were dating n we seemed to b doing good... we had a lot of fun. he even asked me to move in with him, which I thought was too soon n now I think I was right.. but I visited him every time I could.. so it happened that we couldn't meet for a month coz my parents were in town. I noticed a change in his behaviour so I asked him directly if there was a problem.. he decided to breakup over an sms saying he was getting married n there were family issues (Indian society). He said it was hard for him too but there was nothing he could do (this too on sms). I wanted to talk to him once about it but he seems to neglect me whatsoever... but this thing keeps bothering me and I feel like I need to confront him when my friends seem to think otherwise... please contribute... I'm miserable here.
PS: I know the guy is a douche.. I'm just saying will it be good for my satisfaction.. and I don't care what he thinks of me barging in on him coz I asked him nicely plenty of times.
