So last night, I texted my friend (let's call her Annamaria) that we were going to a concert. She got mad and said, "Why don't you even invite me anywhere?" I told her that I have been trying to text her this week but she said that I played games with her and got mad because I told her the last minute and it was too late. The concert was from 7 to 11pm. She still could of came. She got mad that I told her the last minute and she thinks my other best friend (let's call her Ashley) leave her out of things. The last minute part I understand but she knows that we would never leave her out and she knows that. Even Ashley said she tried texting Annamaria this week. Annamaria said she hasn't been answering our messages because she's been busy with school.

Annamaria knows we invite her to events and she knows it too but no, she thinks that we don't care about her and we play games and hurt her feelings. I tell her we wouldn't ever ignore her and we do involved her. Some events she couldn't make it too. I don't know why she's getting mad. I understand that she's upset about the last minute part but she knows that we wouldn't ignore her ever. We tried to contact her this week. She appreciates our friendship but she says I'm not being a good friend to her by covering for Ashley and take sides. I'm not taking sides at all. I was like, "I'm sorry Annamarie. I really am." And she's like, "Whatever." What do I do? We don't want to lose our friendship to her of eight years. She told me this morning that she excepts my and Allie's apology but she's still angry with us. We're 17.

I met a shy guy nearly a year ago, he asked me out and said he wanted to get to know me. I wasn't really looking for anything like that so I went out with him once to be polite as he was a friend of a friend. He seemed really nice but was obviously inexperienced. In the meantime I was talking to an old friend of mine who went to school with the guy who liked me and told me to steer clear of him because apparently he had a reputation for stalkerish behaviour when they were at school? So this new guy would text me regularly asking to hang out etc and i would make all the excuses under the sun not to go but still he kept on (he was always very nice but persistant) treating me like his best friend when we'd only just met. I stopped replying to his texts and he sent me several apologies. I got mad at him and told him he was being ridiculous and added him on social media to stop him texting. I then went to college He messaged me a few times then when I didn't reply he went silent. He didn't talk for six weeks and then messaged me and said "Hey, I was just wondering if you'd maybe like to grab lunch or coffee with me while your home? My shout! It would be lovely to see you again! x" Should I go and see him?
