I met this guy at a wedding and he lives abroad. We talked and danced the whole night. He complemented me a lot, he put his hand on my knee and was really into me. The chemistry between us was so obvious. I overheard him telling i was fantastic to the friend who introduced us. We have many common interests too.

I didn’t see him again cuz he had to go back. We have eachothers phone numbers but the problem is he is really busy. (He is a straight A student and also doing internships, student government etc.) We talk through whatsapp but he is only online there for like once a week or maybe even less and that’s just for a couple of minutes. But when we do start talking he’s really sweet again. There is also an 8 hour time difference between our countries. He doesn’t have a girlfriend and he’s only into serious relationships.

The day we met we’ve promised to meet again. I want to make plans with him for this summer and i should do it as quickly as possible because of plane tickets, reservations etc. Should i open up this topic to him or should i wait?
