So recently my older brother, who is now in prison, called me and asked why he couldn't call his daughter. I checked and apparently my mother got into an argument with his daughter's mother, and as a result she shut off her phone line.
I was paying for her line along with my own, my mother's and my little brother's.
I called her and told her to reactivate it, and she said "No if her mother wants to disrespect me then she can pay for her own daughter's phone". I told her to stop turning off her phone every time they argue because its affecting Keyon, my brother, and he really wants to at least call his daughter. My brothers and I never got along with our fathers, they were deadbeats and abusive SoBs, so he really wants to at least show her he cares.
She again said no so I told her to give me the account information so I could start my own line and switch my niece over to it with me.
She again refused so I hung up on her, switched phone numbers and started a new line with my niece, with her mother's and father's permission of course.
