So, my friend admitted feelings for in awhile back. We went on a double date, he kinda flirted but mostly acted like he never said anything. I texted him a few days later and he said he was busy. A month after, I texted him again and he said the reason he was acting so weird was because he realized he is not ready for a relationship right now "because of past girlfriends who now hate me. I have too much on my plate with school, work, senior year, and I'm just to busy to date. But, don't get me wrong, I'm into you"
We text every 1-2 weeks. He starts to make plans so we can go out, then says he is busy. He will text me the next week to see if I can go out with him, but that's when I'm busy. I'll text him, and the same thing... we start to plan, then he gets busy. He'll text me the next week, but I'm busy or he gets sick.
Then, he talks about us kissing. He is excited, because he'll be my first. He keeps asking where he can put his hands, and where he can touch me. It kinda makes me uncomfortable. Anyone know if this is normal for a guy? It makes me think he just wants one thing, especially since he's "not ready for a relationship"
He says he'll be pretty much free this summer except for work. I will be free as well.

What should I do? Should I wait or move on?

In high school I had a crush on this guy and he had a crush on me so finally we graduated and some time passed now it's December and he finally has the balls to ask me out. So we go on a coffee date, everything is going well until he grabs my hands and kissing them? I was a little weirded out but I ignore it, so then he gives me these looks like if he's in love with me and then I start to get uncomfortable, so then a couple minutes pass and his friends come and tells his friends oh this is my girlfriend and I was confused but I let it go, so when his friends leave I tell him this is our first date I'm not your girlfriend yet, he ignores it so then he gets a call from his mom and he passes the phone to me and I'm trying to end the conversation as soon as possible so I finally hang up and I want to go home so I'm like oh I have to leave so then he's like can I give you a kiss and I said sure so he reaches in and I'm really excited to finally kiss the guy I've liked for a long and I expected fireworks and some kind of connection, but then he starts PEAKING on my face and I walked him home and I needed to leave so I text him and I tell him that I had a nice time but I don't want anything to do with him because it's not what I expected and I don't want to waste my time or his so I send the message and the next day I get a voicemail of him crying😂😂😂😂😂 any ways I still think about because I think that I really hurt his feelings and I feel guilty.

Okay I don't have that much experience in relationhips. Really none. Recently though I've started dating this guy, I'm 19, he's 26. He knows he's the first guy I've ever dated, he was my first kiss. We've only been dating a few weeks. He says that I'm the first "good girl" he's ever dated, and is constantly asking if he's going too fast or if something makes me uncomfortable. We haven't made out yet, we only really give each other pecks on the lips. We've cuddled multiple times, and he's grabbed my butt three times.
He sends me good morning messages every morning and goodnight messages, and he's changing his work schedule so we'll have the same days off. And I've asked him if he's okay with the pace we're going at, and he's said he is.

But I was talking to one of my guy friends the other day, and my friend asked if I'd given him a BJ, or had sex or anything with him, and I said no. He said that I should at least give hi hand jobs to keep him interested. But It's not that I'm against having sex before marriage or unwilling to give oral. It's just that I don't think I want to with him yet, it feels too since. Is this slow bad?
