Search Results: future in laws

I'm a Physics student currently in the third year. I'm first going to lay all my cards on the table and say that I'm not the most disciplined one in the department. I used to be a straight A+ student in high school, with tons of honors and mentions, an 'extracurricular junkie' if I may call it (I did stay for 2+ hours after school in a programming class every Thursday) but I was obviously bored. I have a lot of subjects I have to pass, but luckily my country's laws about third grade education are loose.

Anyway, on to the question. Of course, as future scientists, we physicists have to know practically everything about our craft. Specifically, we have very demanding lab courses. I've passed all of them with good grades so far, but somehow, I feel I forgot everything. For example, we have this Crystallography lab course that I'm sitting an exam for tomorrow. I was always present, have good-graded lab reports and I loved doing the experiments. But due to our Easter break, I haven't had any contact with the course the last 3 weeks, and I feel like I forgot how to analyze a crystal!

So, all you college/Uni grads/post-grads/current students, do you actually remember anything after completing the courses? Or you have to do it again to reactivate your mental muscles?

I never got the chance to date in my life. I do not own a car because of military complexities combined with state laws. Also I never bothered to get a driving license because in high school I really prefered to focus on studying and self development.

However recently the thought occurred to me that if I'd get a date sometime in the future, most likely she'll be living up to 40 minutes of driving from me. Would it be really pathetic that I'd have to get there by public transportation? And that obviously I won't be able to drive her around and such?

If I'll start the process of getting a license I think I'll have it in about a year. Should I stay out of the scene until I'll get it? (For my own good, in order to prevent unpleasant situations and all...)

PS - It's not extraordinary not having a car by my age in my place but what really bothers me is not having a license. So that unlike most guys, I have no business even borrowing my dad's/friend's car for a date.

Basically, man finds out his wife was cheating on him, to get revenge at the a**hole who helped her cheat (as, yes, if you help someone cheat you are an a**hole/bitch/whatever and suck just as much as the cheating person) he created a letter and sent it out to his neighbors and his church and work place letting them all know the type of guy he is.

Now, I'm not so sure I agree with giving out the personal information, that could be a problem, but I do think this a**hole got what he deserve if it really does cause people to shun him and think bad of him.

I say to hell with all cheaters and those who help em cheat. They all deserve to suffer. I wish the man would say what's going to happen to the cheating wife. Divorce alone isn't enough. Especially since our sh*tty laws give women all the damn benefits in divorce. Hope he spreads her adultery to others as well. Especially to any potential future partners she wants. They don't deserve to be with a cheater. NO cheater deserves happiness imo.
