Why does he always seems to notice me, looks and stares in me. We're never really spoken and now we're not in same social cyrcles. But no one stares and do stuff like him.

What's up with him guys? Why would someone look and lock eyes with someone for so long period of time? Is he attracted or?

This is a long, complex story so bear with me! I need some help!
So last year this guy really was showing some interest in me. He was overly gentlemanly and flirty, would get jealous and tried to make me jealous. He'd lock eyes with me from across the room. One time when our eyes met he walked into a glass door. 😂I'm extremely shy so he'd speak for me in class. He'd be all confident until he'd get near me he'd stammer. We never talked but there was some serious chemistry. He'd ignore hot girls that were checking him out around me. (His friends would laugh about how he would approach girls when I wasn't there.)
This went on for a while. He wasn't dating anyone else, girls tried to hook him up with their friends but he wasn't interested. We finally talked and he complimented my personality a lot and kept staring and smiling at me. He was very sweet but wouldn't let any guys near me. His hands were sweating and he listened to every word I said. He was overly nice to my parents and wouldn't leave the room if I wasn't there.
I thought everything was perfect until my friend told me he had a lot of exes and he was an abdnormally good kisser (he kissed a girl for a dare 2 years ago). Is he a player? Or does he geniunely like me?

So this guy i like (He's 15) has had a lot of girlfriends. He started "dating" in middle school so I don't know if half of them even count lol. I'm just worried about it because i had a connection with him i hadn't felt for any of the other guys i've liked. I thought it would be perfect. However my friend has told me somethings about him that (1 he's had a lot of girlfriends (2 he's only dated hispanics- and i'm black (3 he's a really good kisser. It just seems too good to be true, so i was wondering if he was trying to make me feel that way or if it was geniune.

He would do everything to get my attention. He'd stare into my eyes from across the room and help me if he saw i needed it. (we never talked, he'd just come over and help). He'd get jealous and try to make me jealous. I'm shy so he'd speak for me in class. He'd ignore pretty girls that were checking him out around me. Later his friends joked about how he'd approach girls (but i wasn't there).

He tried to stay close to me and kept staring and looking me up and down. The next time i saw him i was talking to someone else (a girl) and he didn't talk to me. Is he messing with me or is he just shy and lkes me alot?

Two weeks ago we finally talked and he listened to every word I said. He complimented me a lot. He was very gentlemanly. anytime my guy friend talked to me, flirted, or just sat next to me he would interrupt and stay next to me. he looked me up and down in a obvious way. He got in my space and always was near me. When we had nothing left to say He would stare at my face and smile. He's overly nice to my parents. He seemed hurt when i teased him about being "crazy" ( iwasn't being mean). I thought guys liked to be playful?
