I know this girl has never had a boyfriend, so she is kinda awkward around guys hitting on her, but she is very attractive, and she knows it. I am 19, and she is 17. We kinda knew each other as "fb friends" but never spoke although I did "like" her dp and we saw each other round our college a few times, nothing more - nothing less. We mer at a party by chance and when introduced she gave a forced smile and looked away, yet when her friends left, she stayed with me and we she wanted to play ping-pong with me (definite sign!). We had a nice chat and she came over to sit with me on a couch and she grabbed my arm to take a selfie with me, when these girls were hitting on me, she kept looking over which made me embarrased. At one point when I came out the toilets, her and some random girl were waiting for me outside the toilets fearing I got "lost". When I hugged some girls goodbye (didn't want to ne obvious), I hugged her last and she seemed a bit timid which was bad, however then we came back to college... She would avoid me, like when she saw me would rush to the bathroom, when in front of me wouldn't speak, yet would stare like a "cretin" and still. I also caught her staring at me constantly, looking in my general direction and when she came over to my group of friends she would say hi to everyone but me. After 2 weeks of trying to get her alone away from her friends, I took the cowards way out and asked her for coffee on fb, initially she said she was "i am busy tomorrow. It is nice you want to Be friends :) I'll see you on Tuesday when I am in." i laughed it off and said "Omg I just got friend-zoned so hard XD See you around :)" to which she said "So sorry, now I have re-read my response it is a lot harsher than I meanf :/ We had a nice time at the party and I would like to meet up with you in one of my many long frees if you wanted to? :)". Did she ask me out? Am I being played? In person she seems excited but on fb friendzone?

I am wondering, even if me and this girl usually stay up late and have our whole lives before we met, (We've known each other for about 6 months but haven't started talking until 5 weeks ago) I think that the fact we stay up texting until 3-5am most days and the days we don't one of us falls asleep or says goodnight at 1-2am before getting back the next day is indicative of something. It is 40-60 on who initiates conversations but more so her. If she doesn't get back when talking late at night she always says Hey! the next day.
We've hung out twice, the first time we were in her truck and just chatted for a few hours, the next time around, 2 weeks later, she was over my house for 6 and a half hours and we were alone for about half of it. Between those she asked if I wanted food she liked from her graduation party and dropped by my house to give me food and say hey quickly before running errands. The second time hanging out was different, I got the vibe she liked me. She is the kind of person who looks everyone in the eye, but at times when I'm not looking and I turn back I SWEAR she was looking at me, she looks into my eyes longer, and one time she said made a comment as we locked eyes and I'll replied, she looked away, smiled profusely, and curled her hair over her ear on the other side of her face. Her hugs have gone from the friend-butt-back hug to whole waist-up chest-touching hugs. Our late night conversations get more personal the longer it goes. She replies with 30-40 texts a day on average.

She texts me until 3-4 am everyday for the past 3 weeks. Smiley faces, jokes/puns, and !! plentiful. We hung out 2 weeks ago and I attended her graduation party a week ago. She brought up hanging out first. We had a great time, just the 2 of us chatting in her car. This past week I asked if we could hang twice, the first time she said she was busy and apologized profusely and texted me until 4am (We both stay up this late everyday usually) The next time after a few days she said she had errands with the family (she is known as a very honest person and a mutual friend said she wouldn't outright lie, and I know she really does have errands alot), but then offered up hanging out sometime tomorrow and Wednesday. On Friday she asked if I wanted some leftover food from her party and stopped by my house for a few minutes. She laughs at everything dumb thing that I say, started to cheer for the same sports team I love, and can look in my eyes for longer than 5 seconds at a time. Sometimes in groups also. There is an inside joke she never let's go off. I am wondering, does she like me? Is she on the fence? Truly busy? Comment and let me know! Thanks
