I stopped using the other app but he didn't ask to continue somewhere else. He somehow managed to find me on an another app and he started talking to me again.

He has been acting a bit strange, he never said anything like this before (+never asked for a pic):

So I met this guy months ago, we like the same movies. He invited me to his house to hang out when I wanted. I never had time, but finals was coming up and we go to different schools, and we don't see each other much at all so every day during finals week I put an encouraging note or silly picture that I drew in his mailbox (all signed by me); I made none of them even slightly romantic, because I didn't want to give ideas. Eventually I did come over to his house and he was super nervous (maybe from me being super nervous) so it wasn't bad, but awkward. I later passed him in the street the next day and he smiled and waved hello, and I did back.
There was an open mic at a park and I saw him there. I said hi and he was acting odd. One, he looked like he had a gun to his head or something. I wasn't nervous at all (probably underdressed for the event maybe, I just came from pottery class). I asked about how he was and he asked how I was and I told him about how I'm learning screenwriting, as I picked it up as a summer habit. We're both writers and he was like "Oh screenwriting's my major, if you want to work together let me know" and he was all like "wow look at the time!" And RUSHED away from me. He didn't even leave, he just went to a different part of the audience! And when he rushed out I wasn't even talking or anything, I literally said maybe one sentence.

If he really was trying to get away from me he didn't have to lie, all he had to say was "okay, see ya", and if he went to the same location I would've been okay with it. That's what I do. Second, you don't have to offer to work together. I don't even have his contact information, even if I did want to work with him (which I don't, not anymore jeez).

This was just really strange to me. Next time I see him, I'll just leave him alone. But why was he acting like that?
