So I've been talking to this girl for about 2 months, we've hung out a couple of times but it always has to be behind her fathers back, our first date was when her dad was at his girlfriends house, we went out to the diner and got home before they did. I usually not okay with the whole sneaking out thing because my parents are very understanding and let me do what i want as long as im smart.

Finally she was able to convince her dad for me to come over her house to hangout. I talked to him very confidently, my ex's parents always love me and trust me fully, and they should. It seemed to go all well...

We have not officially hung out without having to sneak around the father somehow because everytime she asks he says no, i want you home. (Its not for everyone, she can go out with friends, just not boys)

I understand that the father is protecting his daughter as he should, and i dont blame him, cause obviously eventually things will lead on to other things.

My main question is to hear your opinion on what I should do, I would like her to be my girlfriend but i cannot have a gf who i can't even see once a week. We could keep trying to sneak around him, but i really hate doing it... I just want to see her and be around her. Should I give up and just find someone else more available? ( im a senior in highschool and she's a junior, so im going off to college soon by the way )

Hopefully I dont come off as a jerk, my intentions are all good, but a little confused.
