Basically for a year you've been friends with two guys; you tease both guys a lot. One moves away, but you still have one left. He's only in 1 of your classes, but it's all fun. However, you end up developing feelings for him, and he doesn't. He ends up accidentally rejecting you by telling you who he likes, he never even knew you liked him. Because of it, you end up stop teasing him and talking to him, he senses it but doesn't know what to do. But you still playfully poke him and call him names occasionally, but because of the rejection you aren't the same. Anyways, he ends up developing feelings for you and you find out because his friends tell you without his permission. You both talk it out, and agree you both like one another. But you only want to be friends because you don't want to ruin the friendship. However, you end up playing hot and cold with him, and it frustrates him to hell because of it. Finally, you do it again and it's his last straw. He goes and ignores you for a week and a half. You try getting his attention, staring, but nothing's working. Suddenly, you're becoming less social, outgoing, and am becoming shy; especially around him.

Point is, are you becoming shy around him because you miss him?

For the past year, I've been through hell. For one, my old crush of 3.5 years was ignoring me; and I ended up ignoring her back - but she ended up giving me these sad looks and I felt bad for what I did, so I asked my friend (who's a girl). She asks me if I like her, I said yes, and she begins ignoring me too. So now I have my crush and my good friend ignoring me.

My friend changes her behavior to me completely too. Last year, she was quite loud and was a tease to me. But I didn't think anything of it because she was like that to my other friend too. Then she became shy and occasionally teased me and playfully poked me but I could tell I somehow damaged our relationship.

But then suddenly I lost feelings for my old crush; and they formed for her. But the thing was, I just rejected her like 1 month ago. But I felt the need to tell my friends, who, without my permission, told her. She was psyched, but when she confronted me, due to my nervousness, I just said "I don't know," and thus began the cycle of ignoring me again. Only it was worse - no more playfully poking me, teasing me, and just walking by me like I was a ghost. I just ignored her back as a justification. But she kept telling my friend I keep sending her mixed signals by ignoring her. But I figured we weren't going anywhere, so I just told her we should talk. We did, and we both agreed with each other that we like one another, and that we should be friends and see what happens. But next day, ignored again - only get these "sad stares." But then on Monday, I sat diagonally from her, and she tries to make me jealous by talking to everyone but me. Then when she needs help, she asks my friend for help but at the same time gives me this stare that just looked sad but blank at the same time.

It got me really frustrated that she talks to everyone but me and instead I just get these "sad stares" - she already knows I like her. I'm just curious if it's time to give up or if I should keep on trying.

Basically, I rejected my friend two times last month. One was over text when I asked her for advice on another girl (I had no idea she liked me) and the other was when she overheard I was trying to get back in contact with my old crush. Because of it, she ignored me; and whenever she spoke, she looked like she was going to cry and she asked me how I was doing in this shy voice. I eventually figured out she probably liked me, and suddenly I found myself becoming more attracted to her. I didn't really want to tell her, 'cause I figured she would think I was doing a joke or a dare on her. But instead, without my permission, my friends do it.

When she confronted me about it, I just told her I was confused about how I felt about her; which I believe someone said it counted as another rejection to her. But surely enough, she ignored me again. But I eventually gained the courage to talk to her; and when I confronted her her eyes began to get watery and it looked like she was going to smile. So we talked about it; we both admitted we liked each other, and we both agreed to be friends and we'd let the winds take us wherever. But I get to class expecting things to be different, and to my surprise, they weren't She ignores me again, but the only thing that changed is she tries to subtly take glances at me with a sad look.

Is she still sad over the fact I rejected her over a month ago? And why is she back to ignoring me?

My freind is a shy homeschooled girl that is the same age as me.
My female friends suggested that she started to like me and cause she does not know how to show it she is avoiding me. She won't even look in my direction.
It is weird we were getting really close and she suddenly changed. She seems to really like when I go over and talk to her. She lights up like I just entered the room when I have been in the same room as her for a while. Her hugs seem warmer and closer now to.
I'm really confused by her behavior. It is different from the silent treatment. When I text her she still responds immediately. I have not done anything to upset her in ages.
What do you ladies think about her sudden behavior change?

So last month my friend had a crush on me but I didn't know it, so I basically asked her for advice on another girl. She found out I liked her, and she began to ignore me again. But eventually she began talking to me, and she overheard I was trying to get back in contact with my old crush. Again, I was ignored.

But recently I felt a change in me, and suddenly I felt some attraction to her. I told my friends and they told her (without my permission), and she asked me about it. I just said "I don't know," and she told me to let her know when. Now she's ignoring me completely, doesn't even talk to me, and her friends just give me a blank stare. But she keeps telling my friend that she wants me to approach her, but that's really difficult considering I've never done it before, am shy, and she's giving me no encouragement (no smiling, cut off contact). So now I'm ignoring her too, but she keeps telling my friend I'm sending her mixed signals and that I'm ignoring her. I'm honestly sick of her ignoring me, and my friends are teasing me about it, I'm just wondering if I might as well tell her I'm not interested anymore.

Should I do that?
