What does this even mean?

So my boyfriend and I has talked about our past relationships few times
He told me about his first girlfriend
I think she was the only ex girlfriend of his that affected him the most
This is coz he told me that she's his first everything (his first girlfriend, he lost his virginity to her...) and that she left him for another guy
They were together 4 years ago and only was together for 4 months
He has told me that she's works in the same workplace and thats how they met
He told me that he did try to go back with her again before he met me but she didn't care and just ignored him and thats the last time he talked to her (which was 1.5 years ago)
He told me all of this in the beginning of our relationship
Recently we were kinda talking about our exes again and he told me that his ex still works in the same workplace and thought she left already
He tells me that he rarely sees her though
- he works mon to fri during day time
- she works fri evenings and sundays
He tells me that she's doing this... doing that..
And i asked "how do u know all this?"
And he said "my co worker tells me. They are close friends. He just tells me out of no where. I dont talk to my ex. I always try to avoid her esp on fridays coz thats when she comes to work or if we have compulsory meetings and then i just walk out. I thought she would of left this workplace ages ago "
We hardly talk about our exes but few times they have come up
Tbh i am feeling abit jealous and uncomfortable that my boyfriend and his first ex still works in the same workplace but i know i can't do anything about it 😔
Me and my boyfriend been together for a year now (im his longest relationship and he's my longest relationship)
Do u think i should be worried and feel this way? Or i shouldnt?

The other day I was talking to a friend about relationships. I have never had a boyfriend in my life (I'm 23) but I have dated guys (like 4 months while I was in Madrid) and he has had 2 girlfriend (in a period of two years). And we started to talk about a friend who has had like 5 boyfriend since she was 19 (she is 22).
He said he would much rather date someone who hasn't had that many relationships in their lives as supposed to someone who has had many. Not for the "experience" part but for the comparison part. He says that in someway you would always have things that remind you of your past relationships, and that is better not to have that.

I wanted to know your opinion.

Basically I liked this guy A LOT for about three years and a half, it was a school type of crush and we never even talked but I liked him SO much and he liked me back lol it's a bit funny but cute to think about. Now that I have a boyfriend I noticed he's been trying to get my attention much more and my boyfriend seems a bit worried about it.
Would you guys be scared if your girlfriends ex crush started trying to get her attention all of a sudden like this?
