Been dating this girl for 5 months, we have provly the best connection IV ever had with someone. When we were together we were like teenagers again making it on the couch and just really intense. We are 28 by the way. One weekend I went away for work and she texted called me the whole time saying how much she missed me and couldn't wait to see me again so I came home on Sunday and again hung out and again was just like before , all that week same thing she couldn't wait to see me all her friends wanted her to go out for drinks and she told me she didn't want too she just wanted to spend the weekend with me.. I told her she could go out I'm not the kind of guy that controls a girl.. She said no she'd rather be with me.. So fine we hung out and everything was the same.. All over each other and she told me she was really happy and liked me.. That was Sunday... Monday night texting i could tell something was up.. I asked her n she said she was scared to jump into a relationship because of her past (she just got out of a 6 yr relationship with a guy she currently has a house with and is trying to sell wich is s huge stresser anyway she explained it took a long time for her to end it with him cuz she felt trapped she also dated a guy after that for a small time and it ended because he constantly pressured her to be boyfriend and gf) she seen this going somewhere but just for now she doesn't want a title... I was confused by this but said yeah ok I wasn't pressuring you into having a title anyway.. Wednesday she called crying saying it isn't fair to me n all this she just needs time to think and figure out why she feels so scared... She's Said she has an appointment with a therapist cuz no one else understands at all She said she's not counting me out of her future but right now she just needs time and space to figure her stuff out... I told her I'm gonna back right off and let her do her own thing for now and to talk to me when she's ready.

so back in jr high i met this cute girl on the bus (she was a grade below me) i know she liked me for obvious reasons like say goodbye to me across the whole bus so everone heard and other reasons but i never did ask her out and then of course 2 years latter in high school she becomes the head cheerleader and everone thinks she's hot and now she has a douchbag boy friend that isn't going to last i still got off ok though cause i made the baseball team and bat 4th (the power hitting spot) and start in left field and girls i never though i would have a chance with are looking at me but i still miss the old jr high girl that liked me for me and i liked for her and not becuse of what we are but becuase of who we were. I miss her a lot. Anways back in the day i used to be one of the best basketball players in the area but then i got out of shape and got cut from the jr high team and i dropped basketball then i started to miss the sport so I decied to play in a reck leauge and i met a point gaurd from a diiferent school that i used to be good friends with when we played on the same travel team a few years ago. I ended up do really well in the leauge and im in a lot better shape becuase of trainnig with baseball. in basketball im a forward and i know two of our forwards on the team one is a football player who is stronger than me but im just as tall and the other is weaker than me and im taller and better at basketball than him. only one small problem the forward that is stronger than me is good friends with that girls boyfriend and there's no way he'll get cut becuase he's the only one who can dunk (i can touch and hang on the rim) anyways what im asking is should i bother trying out for basketball as a junior that the coach has never seen and try to beat the odds and try to talk to that girl again or should i foucus on baseball where i have a good chance to play collage baseball and forget one of my favorte sports that i love and leave the girl in the past?
