I used to be more empathic but I don't care about people mush only people close to me which is one person. I feel like I'm better than most people because 99.99 % of people are fake. I don't ever stress or have anxiety I used to get panic attacks but I don't feel that anymore. I fantasize about killing people I don't like. But I haven't and I would never kill a child and I would NEVER kill an animals except spiders and stuff like that. I love animals. My family lacks empathy esspecially my sister she has it on paper. And I've became like this from traumas by the way.

I have OCD. When a worrisome thought comes into my mind, I cannot dismiss it no matter how hard I try. Sometimes they can cause me to have panic attacks though I don’t get them frequently, they are SCARYYYY when I do.

Earlier today I had one, it wasn’t severe and didn’t last long. I’ve had some that have caused my limbs to go numb, start shaking, blurry vision, and make me puke loool.

I feel like only weirdo emo kids talk about their panic attacks, rarely do I see normal people discuss it... it’s completely normal too so what YA WAITING UP Fur?

Today, I went outside and then my feet became really cold, than my feet went numb. I went back in the house and i could barely walk, now I'm having a hard time breathing. To prevent myself from having a panic attack I managed to play my favorite song but I still struggled to breathe. Even now breathing is a little difficult... Feels like there's something in my chest making it hard for me to breathe. I feel like literally strangling my older sister right now because she had pneumonia in the past...
