Search Results: second chance with a boyfriend

I’m trying to decide whether to pursue a relationship with this girl. She’s nice and sweet and we get along great but I’m not sure if she’s emotionally stable. She sees relationships as a source of happiness, and is miserable when she isn’t in one. She’s jumped around from relationship to relationship. She’s had to have had at least half a dozen boyfriends in the past year and two girlfriends also. She’s such a freaking downer. I can’t think of the last time she was truly happy.

She’s been depressed for all three years I’ve known her and on any given day I can find either 2 things on her Facebook, sometimes both on the same day: how happy she is and in love she is, and how utterly terrible and unhappy she is and how sad she is. We dated before and she broke up with me twice for no apparent reason only to come back to me a couple weeks later. The first time was because she was caught up on her ex and the second time was because she said she needed to be single for a while (that didn’t happen.) But she is still interested and wants to try things again. I’m thinking about telling her this is her last chance. 3 strikes and she’s out. I’m not sure if I can look past all this but I feel like I should give her a shot. What do you think?
