I'm in college and I think I'm in like with a kid who i think likes me back. Nothing is definite. He's a godly man, and i appreciate that, and he is younger than me.
How do i a) get him to ask for my number, b) get the courage to follow, him on Instagram, and c) get him to ask me out.

I met this guy year ago. I've noticed that he acts different torwards me, stares at me and try to get my attention. Thing is that we've never actually talked.
So we're going two different universities but in same building. He still stares at me every time when he sees me and wants my attention, but still we didn't talk. He tried to aproach me when I was with his friend, but his friend said to him that it's better to leave, so he left.
Also he's been hanging with one girl and they are together in group on university. So my friend told me that they are together for 2-3 months now. But still he haven't change the way he acts torwards me even in front of her. Now im pretty confused and don't have courage to talk to him.

Does he really likes me but he's with her because they are in same group so it was easier or what?
I don't want to describe every time we had those moments because I could write book about it.
