2 years ago I never made a move and she got a boyfriend but she’s recently single. Last month she applied and I flirted with her and she told my female friend she found it weird. Since working with us She’s complimented me working out, called me handsome, wrote “she was here” on me, come talk to her anytime, and I love her, She’s hit my butt but also hit her guy friends. and will tease and bug me but I’ve seen her bug other guys. She leaves without saying bye and doesn’t answer all my text. I broke her sunglasses and wasn’t mad.

She went partying outta town and told me she'd text me but didn’t. I text her and no response. She enjoyed the party and was busy and that’s why she didn’t reply. I told her she’s breaking my heart and she called me softie. While walking in the rain she said how romantic.

My friend said she was all over me but we were only talking. She jokingly called me bro I saw her later and asked “what’s cooking good-looking?” she laughed. I asked her when we’re getting married and she said get the ring. I got a cupcake and she said “Really?” I then went to her and offered her a bite which she refused but then took a bite She said if she made me one she'd put my name on it.

She walked by me and we smiled at each other. She waved when she was leaving and I hugged her. She put two tweets up yesterday saying "you are constantly on my mind and you have never left" and that " she's torn" so she might not be over her bf. We finish working together this Friday. She ran up to me today hugged me and asked if I missed her. Later she walked right by me without saying anything spoke to her guy friend and later left without saying bye.

To sum it up:

Knew this girl for 3 months. In the beginning she was totally into me and outright said she's looking for a long term thing right now. She's also done/said some stuff that suggests she was ONLY focused on me too

About half way into knowing her (month and a half) we got into a major fight but made up the next day. I still talked to her about if we're still "on" for dating or not, she kept saying "i dont know" or "maybe" and "stop pressuring me" which sounds weird and random right?

She then told me, she doesn't want to settle right now and wants to look around. I'm kinda heart broken but getting over it. I asked her if she's still interested in me or not, she assured me she still is though

Anyway what makes a girl go from only wanting YOU to now wanting to explore around?
